House is a large 1600 square foot home recently restored with cenral heat, AC, cable TV, WiFi and wood stove. House a 10' X 12' bedroom and a modern 50 foot trailer for use. Trailer has heat, AC. fridge, freezer, heated queen size bed, dinning area, fold out couch etc. Rent is $500/month with all utilities unless you use the trailer in which case you would need to provide the propane for heat.
