Robert, George and myself (Micaela) I are looking to fill a room in Cottonwood Heights, I'm 33, Robert is 37 and George the DOG is 6, we all work from home at the moment, professional, we enjoy climbing/running/outdoors/snowboarding, looking for people with a similar interests. We have non-LDS standards and LGBTQ friendly, male/female OK and no Children. Bedroom is $600 a month ($700 with separate office space) Six month minimum with $500 deposit required along with first months rent. Deposit refundable pending no damages at end of lease. A month to month after the initial lease with a one month warning door when they are planning to move. Utilities/gas/internet is split equally among tenants Shared bathroom with jacuzzi. Living room with flat screen tv. Large yard. Working fireplace. Climbing wall in garage, room for gear, fully fenced yard, dog door, hardwood, flooring upstairs. wash and dryer, off street parking.
